Paths for All and the University of Stirling, are investigating how care home residents are supported to be active as part of their day-to-day routine.
Staying active in a care home is important to avoid deconditioning and the researchers are keen to hear about experiences of working or volunteering in a care home in the UK.
They are interested in:
· How does your care home support older people to stay active?
· What helps you to support older people to sit less and move more?
· What makes it easier, and what makes it harder?
· How are you supported?
· What help do you need?
